The worst support service, be careful not to stay on the street like me

Booked a room for 8 days with full prepayment! throughout the time the owner of the property did not respond to my messages. The day before arrival, I began trying to contact the property on all possible numbers, but to no avail. arrived in a foreign city, and failed to contact the owners, contacted the support service, who, in turn, said to wait on the street while they check the information ... after which I called the support service 3 more times who promised to solve my problem, but in the end they didn’t even called back. One minute of a conversation with the support service costs 2 dollars! in total, I spent more than 30 dollars on conversations with booking service operators ... At the end of the story, after 5 hours of my waiting, they gave me an alternative alternative in which the conditions were the most terrible in this city without a kitchen and amenities, with furniture from the 70s ... and 6 kilometers from the place of settlement I planned. Operators ignored my requests to call back. After trying to solve this issue, I stayed on the street thanks to the support of the Booking website!

They do not care if something goes wrong

I have been using booking for a long time. As long as your booking is okay, this platform is easy to use. When you encounter issues, they do not care about it
I drove 600 kms with my family and booked a place and paid full price in advance for 3 days. When we came there late in the evening, the owner of the place said we could not stay there as women were not allowed! Nothing about that was written on the booking page. I called the booking customer service to explain that I did not have funds on my card to pay for another place and asked for a refund, or for a different place to stay at least for the night. They responded me after one hour that the place I originally booked “closed” and if I am eligible for a refund they would issue it within 12 days. And they also send another email stating that if I find some another place to stay by myself and through booking, they will refund me for UP TO 60 euros after I’ve moved out of the place and sent them an invoice
