Disappointed with the experience

I had high hopes for this app and subscribed for one month. Everything worked smoothly for the first two weeks, but then it suddenly stopped recognizing any photos at all. I also couldn’t add the description manually, which made the app unusable. I’ve contacted support, but haven’t received any response☹️

Also, just a tip: sometimes recognition issues come from lighting or angles—try snapping the photo with more light and maybe include a fork or hand for scale. Awful app

This app doesn’t have a single free feature. I didn’t even get a chance to test anything — it immediately asks for payment. How am I supposed to know if I’ll like it or not? The registration process is way too long, it took me ages just to get to the starting point. And in the end, to find out that everything is paid — terrible!
