Main issues i faced after the last upgrade:
i was registered in Europe-now should change to my country and register one more time(why my old registration data unavailable)
application (cloud Infrastucture) has not connectivity with Ukraine. Thus, i cannot use connection with my air conditioning.
Please fix it asap
Has the company blocked access to clients from Ukraine?
I am in Ukraine. The application stopped logging into my account. When I try to log in, it says “there is no response from the server.” I checked with the help of other users and not only on Apple devices - the result is the same. Has the company blocked access to clients from Ukraine?
Issue with login
Application after each update has problems with me login in.
“Session time out” with no reason as I have good internet connection.
Also I do not why but each month one of my air conditioning units device got lost and it requires me again and again spend 15+ minutes to set up “lost” device.
It can become real issue if you use that app to control devices remotely (e.g. if you control device at ling distance)
