the app is great. but I have some suggestions about that:the small light gray font is fully unreadable for me. my eyes are not so good to read it. I think the font will be black and little bit biggerthere is no way to change device order, room order or group order. I have frequently used devices/rooms/groups etc. and I want to see it at the start of the list. for now I need to remove devices and than add it in proper order or rename rooms and re-add devices to it. so sad...about critical alerts. there is no way to change sound for it. I had to turn off these alerts because it too load for me. at the night I get scared on it. so, this very useful thing is going to fully unusable for me. so sad again.when I turned off logs for user, it stops to receive push notifications.if logs are enabled for user, it receive all logs about all groups. I think the user need to receive logs about groups which he has access.why you don’t have iPad app?thank you very much!

Hello and thank you for the feedback! 1) We plan to change fonts in future updates. 2) We have plans for implementation feature of changing positions of our devices in our application with future updates. 3) Critical Alerts is a iOS feature, that have limitations e.g. volume level of the notifications. In this case we would like to recommend you to solve the source of false alarms. In this case each alarm will be valid. 4) Please, contact our support team. They'll help you solve the issue. Overall good feedback over the whole time of usage (5+years). What minor improvement can help a lot? Currently there are 4 control buttons (arming, disarming, night mode, panic button).Night mode is very useful. You can select specific security devices to be activated for night mode period. It would be great to have an option to add an extra button(s) for “custom mode” in addition to the “night mode”which you could customize the same way it is possible for the “night mode”. This can be useful for cases where for example you have contractual workers on site but need to make sure they don’t have access to other areas of the building. This also may be useful for a large outdoor/indoor locations that divided into multiple areas and require more flexibility in arming the areas. As well user could arm a single room with a “Custom mode”. Thank you

Hello!Thank you for the feedback.If we understood you correctly, we already have such functionality. You can limit user rights for using specific groups in the Hub settings > User. Please add more details if you mean something else.

Is possible to add functionality to sort devices list or change subsequence of them? My security company allow use only basic security sensors and they must be in top of list e.g. first ten. Can I change subsequence without removing all devices and adding them back?

In general the application is good but it lacks some features that could make life easier.General:- Possibility to configure notifications filtering. For example, I’m not interested in arm/disarm notifications but I’d still like to get alarms.Watch:- It would be very useful to have arm/disarm widgets so that I can easily manage state from my wrist. Also performance of watch app is not that good that makes it almost useless at the moment.

You can choose which push notification you want to receive.
