Canadian Princess and Lodge disappointment

Few weeks ago I made the reservation for 1 night in Canadian princess and lodge in Tofino but when I came to this hotel the reality doesn’t meet my expectations as the price for 1 night is above 550 cad per night but the quality is awful. I can’t stay at this place. There is no clean beddings, no normal door to the toilet and everything was dirty and old. Absolutely opposite to what was in Expedia. My husband went to look for other options in Tofino and I went to reception to ask for the refund. They promised me to call back but as my cell phone was uncharged I missed the calls. I tried to email both hotel and Expedia but since today I don’t have the refund even if we did not stay in this awful quality and super overpriced hotel. I will never use Expedia again and I feel super unhappy about this situation. It is not client oriented situation for me and for my family!

A non ending constant loop of “your flight tarifs has changed but we have another one for you” which usually is 200$ more expensive. Having to book the flight urgently, I had to go along anyway with the new tarif .. but guess what.... you guessed it, your flight tarifs has changed............. and another 100$+ tarif is available. payement decline and 30$ fee left the card, and never came back. App is great but I never had the chance to even book a flight with it without getting annoyed by these “oops , we hate it when it happens but here is a new flight for you...”

I booked a ticket in a day time, waited till the evening to receive the ticket with a status confirmed. In the end it was canceled, I haven’t received any emails, call and so on, about ticket status. The operator said that the airline company made some changes with the flight, but it was not tru, I bought that ticket with another ticket agrigator without any problems with a same date and time, even cheaper price. I’m really upset about that situation, I could got in to a trouble on the next day at the airport.

I booked a ticket in a day time, waited till the evening to receive the ticket with a status confirmed. In the end it was canceled, I haven’t received any emails, call and so on, about ticket status. The operator said that the airline company made some changes with the flight, but it was not tru, I bought that ticket with another ticket agrigator without any problems with a same date and time, even cheaper price. I’m really upset about that situation, I could got in to a trouble on the next day at the airport.
