Facetune: Photo Retouch & AI 4+

I used this program for a test period, now it tries to charge me without asking if I want to use this program in the future and without any notification before the end of trivial term. even after I tried to cancelled it in my Apple ID settings my bank account still tries to make a payment
please resolve your subscription renewal issue

While Facetune 2 is free to download, please note that trials and subscriptions do automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel a subscription in the Settings app on your device. Nonetheless, if a VIP package was purchased unintentionally, you can contact Apple Support to request a refund. Our team is also available to further assist you at facetune2.support@lightricks.com.

Decided to try the app to see if I can switch to it from another similar one. They offered a week of trial or so. I used it ONE TIME within that period, and realized it doesn’t meet my needs for that price, but I forgot to turn off the subscription right away, so I got charged 70ish dollars per year. I canceled subscription and asked for a refund. I explained my situation and did that the app does not suit me, I didn’t mean to pay for it and I am not going to use it. They could probably even see my activity in the app from their side. But Facetune, sadly, unlike many alternatives, doesn't care about that and WILL MAKE YOU PAY. This must me more important to then they you actually choosing their product. So watch out . No one cares if you don’t like the app, turn off the subscription right away and then think either it’s what you want.

my sister installed this application without my knowledge, and she told me that she did not know anything about the premium subscribe.I think she tried to cancel it, but did not figure out how. It was a mistake, I didn’t give permission to this purchase and found out about it just now! The transaction took place only this afternoon, less than an hour has passed (the traditional deadline for refunding funds from the App Store is 90 days, as far as I know). I didn’t use this program, it’s not some trick. Please help me return the money and cancel my subscription. This is a lot of money for me.

Facetune 2 is free to download and will not charge you unless a VIP package is purchased. You are welcome to use the free version of the app for as long as you want without ever purchasing a VIP package, it's always up to the user.
