Description

Access and organise your files no matter where they’re located — on your device, in the cloud, on an external drive or file server— with Files. The Recents view displays the files you’ve been working on lately in high-resolution thumbnails. Use the powerful Browse view to navigate folders, organise your files with tags, move files between folders and search. Files also makes it easy to access iCloud Drive and third-party cloud storage services such as Dropbox, Box and OneDrive.

Can’t cancel opening file

I love this app, it’s nice, simple, clear. The only problem I’ve encountered is that I can’t use it now. I’ve tried opening some .xml file and the app is stuck with no response. I’ve reloaded my phone a few times - useless. Please, fix this… I really can’t delete and reinstall the app cause I have files saved locally on my device and they will be deleted.

Can’t cancel opening file

I had an error with not being able to cancel opening a file that had the wrong format. Now there is an endless opening with the Cancel button, but nothing happens after clicking on it. I love this app and use it regularly, but this error happened to me for the first time. It would be great if you could fix it in the near future.

iOS 17.4 - cannot connect to Samba server

Updated iOS to 17.4. Files cannot connect to my SMB server (guest login). No errors, just do not open and returns to main screen. All another apps open shared folder on this SMB server without a problem.
Worked perfectly on all other iOS versions.
