Video upload failures + bad options for rock singing, no noise reduction, etc.

Hello team, I really liked your app. Used free trial and was ready to buy a yearly subscription, but! There were several issues I didn’t like at all:1 some videos just don’t upload (same quality, same length, like those that were uploaded well) - and that’s the biggest problem. Because you wanna be sure - when you make content - that you can use it. And somehow you can’t. 2 The settings are mostly for rap, pop, I have no idea why. Those related to jazz have nothing to do with jazz at all and it’s impossible to use them. But the lack of rock, soul, blues settings is a big issue I should say. 3 It’s impossible to upload sound and video separately, though there is a possibility to create video right inside the app - not the biggest problem but would be very comfy. 4 About videos with instruments (mine with guitar): the app doesn’t let you separate voice from the instrument, so when you change settings they automatically change for both. The instrument becomes very loud and you can’t hear the voice at all. Same thing happens with the videos where you sing using microphone, like on stage. No way to make the voice sound clearer or louder. 5 Besides, I wish there here some noise reduction settings - I believe it’s a must! Here are the main reasons why I didn’t make a purchase. And the most vital is the thing that some videos just don’t upload. That’s not ok. Regular videos. Same to those that upload. However, in general i liked the app and void like to use it on regular basis. So tell me please, how can those issues be resolved, so I will take a yearly package. Thank you,Alexandra
