App is a definitely good tool, but there are so many lugs. Tasks crash from time to time, buttons become disabled, recording doesn’t work , e.t.c I’ve bought a premium subscription and a bit upset with such number of nigs. Have hope that developers will fix it soon, because I can’t even pass one exercise from start to end due to lugs and issues.

Application is not bad at all from the learning point of view. It helps to learn sounds, new phrases or even entire sentences. However it works really badly in terms of performance and offers really poor user experience. Sometimes application is quite fast, but sometimes the time to process my pronunciation may take 5 or 10 seconds that requires more time to wait then to learn. From time to time it can’t process 4 word long sentence at all(no matter what internet connection I use) so I need to try again and again. Apart from performance issues the app is changing over time and some features I used yesterday may simply disappear.
Good pronunciation assessments, but horrible UX

I have prime subscription for almost a year. I really like how the system can listen and correct your pronunciation. But the UX is really horrible. You need to do a lot of taps to reach your vocabulary that you currently learn. Sections are structured in really bad way, that not everybody can find 30% of features and content. The most enjoying is whatever you want to do (add new word, open vocabulary or read) you always have long time of loading with annoying pre-loader animation.Currently I’m looking for something else for improving my speaking skills but with better and more friendly UX.

The app becomes useless for me. The reason was to improve pronunciation, but now AI talks too much. User taps of barely speaks. I loved the version without AI. It gave real possibility to exercise and improve pronunciation as much time as I had. New one is time wasting. AI tries to fill the gaps with providing information and asking too much. But the goal isn’t to learn English, but to improve pronunciation. What is “free lessons” with lifetime plan? Limiting my possibility to practice? If the App reason is to involve people, it just doesn’t work for me anymore. I spent muuuuuuch more time in old version and recommended it to friends who really wanted improve their pronunciation, unfortunately
