I’ve installed the app because on the advertisement it was saying that in app Apple Pay is available and was disappointed when underground that there is still no such option 😔

Mediocre to horrible experience

- I can’t login due to an error (POW something)- when I try to pay, it redirects to my bank. Then when I approve the transaction there and get back to prom app it seldomly completes.

Buggy app

Prom app shows sync error when i try to look up the seller’s catalogue of products. Besides, after i left feedback on the purchase the app keeps nagging me to leave feedback! No option to pay with credit cards other than a card to card transfer with fees and commissions.

Russian language by default

Ukrainian could be chosen, however russian is default language.Why? Why than not English, German, Japanese if you don’t want to use the language of the country where you sell

Hello! The application has only the Ukrainian version.The web version of Prom.ua also opens only in Ukrainian by default. If you have otherwise, please email apps-feedback@prom.ua us the link you use to switch to Prom. And also screenshots of the error so we can verify.
