withdraw money without subscription

Hello! In April 2025, I bought a workout plan in the KetoWorkout app for about $1 without a subscription. A week later, the app withdrew $9.99, I blocked the withdrawal of payments in the bank, there are no subscriptions in the app or the app store and, accordingly, they cannot be canceled. Over the past month, the app has been trying to withdraw $10 every few days, although I deleted it almost immediately after the first $10 was withdrawn. I need a refund for a charge I didn't confirm and stop further attempts to withdraw 10 dollars again.I wrote to the appstore support, but I can't get an answer there, I hope you know what to do about it Please consider this problem. Thanks in advance

Hello! In April 2025, I bought a workout plan in the KetoWorkout app for about $1 without a subscription. The essence of the strange decision I noticed is that after a month of exercise, the application persistently offers me to clear my progress, it seems to me that this persistence is very strange, after a month of hard training, I want to see the work done, save progress and move to the next level. Please remove this pop-up window, and hide the function of resetting the progress itself in the settings for example. P.S. This appeal is formulated using a Google translator, so sorry for my English

Use for almost a year. And completely satisfied with its functions. Especially with my kind of work where you sit for 8 hours and don’t have time to go to the gym. Thanks to it my body is in good shape and after a morning workout I have an energy blast for the rest of the day.
