The game hasn't loaded for several days now. 5% load and that's it. The latest update did not solve the problem. Thank you, the latest update solved the problem and the game started. But the problem with wi-fi remains, not everything works, only through cellular communication

I’ve been playing this game for over a year, my level is 3708. The game is great, there are many interesting events in it. But lately, it takes me an entire day or even two to complete just one level. The reward for completing a level is way too small — I spend 9600 coins per level, and in return, I only get 100–200 coins. Because of this, the game has become more frustrating than enjoyable. It’s impossible to take part in mini-events because it’s just not possible to collect the required items when you can’t pass one level

The game is great, my whole family loves itThere used to be a bug with loading, but devs made necessary fixes pretty fast, thank you.As for improvements, 1) UX should be enhanced, too make pop-ups and it annoys the player to close all of them 2) please add Ukrainian language. Currently it’s all hype and let’s be honest - for devs it won’t take much time. You could even reach out to us for any help:)
Money laundry.

I truly loved this game until it makes everything for you to not being able reaching higher levels. And the only thing you can do is to pay to get money for levels? Is it a money laundry app? Why do you make such games? All the enjoyment disappears after you play same level million times and then you need to wait one hour to get money only for just ONE level. It’s a shame you made such beautiful game which no kne can enjoy. Read your reviews.
