There’s a significant bug in the app with the PRO version subscription!

I’m a PRO user on iPhone, but my app switches to Web mode after payment. I’m paying almost $10 a week (which isn’t cheap) not to have all my images and videos still covered with a watermark. But the watermark is still on every image because of the PRO/WEB bug.I tried contacting support, but only bots respond to me. As a result, I’m not getting the full range of features I’m paying for.
There’s a significant bug in the app with the PRO version subscription!

I think it needs a trial version to try at least. I’m not that rich, and I can’t pay 4$ per months. Besides, you’re being supported by sponsorship, so why not increasing the amount of of free tries to 10, or making it refillable. You have the pro version, someone will pay for it.I appreciate the effort, the app is really a quality one, but please, make it more easy for a use.

Previously, this program improved the entire photo, now it only does face retouching

I liked the app before. But now it improves or rather corrects only the face, and the rest of the photo, background, etc. is the same as it was, poor quality and is. I hope that they will return it to how it was. For this reason, I canceled my subscription
