Feedback on B Smart Band 10Dear development team,I'd like to share some feedback after switching from the B Smart Band 9 to the B Smart Band 10.In Band 9, there was a convenient icon for the active timer on the main screen. In Band 10, this icon is missing, which makes it less user-friendly— now I have to go into the menu every time just to check or stop the timer. Even starting a timer now takes significantly more taps than before, which slows down interaction with the device.Band 9 also had widgets that could be placed two per screen, making navigation quick and clear. Band 10 lacks this feature, and using the device has become less efficient as a result. The control center now takes up a separate screen and cannot be customized. It feels unnecessary and gets in the way of smooth navigation. It would be great if there were an option to disable it or at least personalize its content. While Band 10 includes many new watch faces, most of them look childish or cartoon-like.It's difficult to find a minimalist, serious, and practical design. For example, even a basic digital watch face with white numbers on a black background - which was available in earlier models - is now missing. This seems like a surprising oversight.Another issue is that despite the larger display in Band 10, the music player now has fewer control elements. Moreover, when using the music controls, the interface sometimes unexpectedly switches to a different player, which is confusing and disrupts the experience. Please consider bringing back the useful features from Band 9, adding more flexibility in settings, and including more clean and professional-looking watch faces in future updates. I believe this would significantly improve the user experience for many users.Sincerely
heart rate data crashing

The app sometimes crashes when the sync is on, also I need to open it every day, so it sync the data, just having the bluetooth on is not enough. All permissions are granted, both app and device have been rebooted and readded. Heart data recently just doesn’t work properly as it sometimes just disappears, however the connection was established in the morning and in the evening the data just cannot be synced. I haven’t figured the solution here. Some date still keeps missing. I had mi band 4 previously, and it worked with zepp life app, there were no such issues and constant crushes with data syncing. The connection was smooth, I didn’t have to monitor if it was connected or not for a couple of days. So, apparently it worked before, but now with newer model there are such issues that cannot be solved for almost a year now. My data was added everyday starting from 2020, then in 2023 I bought newer model, and only 2024 data was added regularly. The data for 2025 and 2026 is still a mess
Two Xiaomi apps for one ecosystem?
Anhel Bit
Very disappointed with Xiaomi ecosystem integration.I upgraded to Xiaomi Smart Band 10 mainly to use the newer health features and expected seamless integration with my existing Xiaomi Body Composition Scale.Instead, I discovered that the band requires Mi Fitness, while the Xiaomi scale still depends on Zepp Life. As a result, two Xiaomi health devices cannot be managed properly inside one unified app.Using a fitness band together with smart scales is a completely normal and common use case. This should be basic ecosystem functionality, not a fragmented experience across separate apps. Please add full Xiaomi scale support to Mi Fitness and provide proper synchronization inside a single health platform.
Apple Health compatibility

Apple Health does not see some training programs. For example, the Traditional Strength Training training program. All data is displayed in the Mi app, but is not synchronized with Apple Health and is not transferred to Fitness. Although the Outdoor Walking training program is successfully synchronized and all data is correctly displayed in Apple Health and, accordingly, in the Fitness program. It would be great to fix this so that you do not have to enter data from the Mi app into Apple Health. Thank you!) In general, everything is great!
