App is too slow

When I am clicking on buttons the UI freezes sometimes, and responses with 2 second delay sometimes. I connected fridge but the feature to control groceries is hard to use, because again it is slow.

Used to be a good app but last update ruined it

The last update has terrible search, and makes the app completely laggy and unpleasant to use! For example when trying to choose a Bed Linen program, the search returns only one instead of 3 or more available (Bed linen + steam, Coloured Bed linen, etc)

Hi, I’ve been using hOn app for my Haier air conditioner for a month, but the app started crash at the launch time, so I no longer have remote access to my device. My ios version 15.1. App reinstall did not help and there no updates available on app storeIs this is a known problem ? When this can be fixed ?-Thanks

We are sorry that you are having difficulties. Try to verify that an antivirus is not active that prevents the app from starting, in case try to disable it temporarily and try again. To analyze the problem, if you haven't already done, write to: support.hon@haier-europe.com sending a video of the error encountered, indicating the account email, phone brand and model, operating system version and installed version of hOn.
