something is wrong with the application. stuck at 1760 level. I go through the levels, close the program, and when I open it again, it takes me back to level 1760

This is a known issue that was fixed in the 1.74.2 update. However, we are aware some players continue to experience the issue where their League Stages reset. This is being investigated as a priority and a fix is being worked on. We do apologize.
