I played this game for several years and regularly made in-app purchases.After a short period of inactivity, my old game account disappeared.When I logged into the game using the same Apple ID that was used for all purchases, the game itself automatically created a new empty game account. All previously paid content was lost.I have strong reasons to believe that my old game account was deleted or unlinked by the developer without any explanation.I contacted support and provided full proof of purchases.I am writing from the same Apple ID that was used for all transactions — the email in the receipts exactly matches.Despite this, support does not resolve the issue and keeps replying with generic template messages.I do not recommend making in-app purchases in this game.At any moment, you may end up losing both your account and the content you paid for.I am currently escalating this issue to Apple Support, as the developer refuses to properly resolve the problem.
Please help to sort out with the game logic
