I do not recommend this app to anyone. I bought the paid version and couldn’t create a short, simple video. It creates some kind of animations that are worthless, and it is absolutely not worth 120 dollars a month. I just do not recommend it to anyone.
Paid credits I can’t use

I have 692 credits remaining in my account that I previously paid for. The app clearly shows that I still have these credits and even shows how many credits each video model costs.Yet when I actually try to generate a video, I’m forced to buy a subscription instead of being allowed to spend the credits I already paid for. Why sell Generation Credits separately if users can later be prevented from using their remaining paid balance without another subscription?What makes this even worse is the support system. There is no straightforward way to contact support from the iOS app. To resolve a billing issue, I’m apparently expected to leave the app, use the website/dashboard, go through an AI assistant, convince it to escalate the issue, and only then potentially reach a human.This is an absurd amount of friction just to ask a simple billing question about money I have already spent.If I have paid credits remaining, I should either be able to use them or be given a clear and easily accessible explanation of why I cannot. And a paid service should provide a normal, accessible way to contact billing support directly from the app.
free trial not really free

The free trial includes 125 credits, each photo costs 5 credits, and I've done that 7 times, so 5 x 7 = 35, still 90 credits left. But the app asks me to pay for a 15-second video, which costs 75 credits, even though I have 90 credits left. Even when I asked the RunwayML AI about it in the chat, it replied, "Yes, you're right, let me try creating a video for you," but it was unsuccessful, ask again me to pay! I just really want to test the app; why would I pay for a month if I don't know if it works well enough for me? i have chat history screenshots with your app about it, but i can’t share it here.
