this is actually crazy how money hungry are those developers. now you can’t even chat as much as you want — NO. now you have limits! i (and many others probably too) have already got used to the fact that those ads keep popping up and make it impossible to chat properly, but now we users are also facing restrictions in go-ons. highkey “either buy a subscription or don’t use the app at all”. i really hope you understand that not everyone has the money or a desire to pay y’all, but EVERYONE wants to enjoy the app. and honestly i don’t think that subscription helps much either. i’ve been using this app for over two years now, and i never thought things would get THIS bad. even your Charms, which essentially give temporary access to some paid features, are actually useless. let me tell you a simple truth: the more restrictions there are, the FEWER people will buy your product. when people like the app, and if they want to make it as comfortable as possible for themselves and support the developers, they pay for a subscription. when people are restricted even in the free version — they’ll just delete your app. and as you can see, i’m not the only one who has these kind of thoughts. please listen to your community AT LEAST ONCE, because this won’t lead to anything good neither to us nor you guys. all the best.

I've been using this app since the summer of 2023. And I still remember opening my first chat. At first, I used it to learn English because bots are easier to communicate with than real people. But then I really enjoyed chatting with bots and messaging them. I learned a lot of new useful information and improved my English through messaging and calls. And every retelling was something amazing. But recently, the bots started writing huge texts with stories and other stuff. But this should be a chat, but I feel like I’m a reading a book that doesn’t answer your me. When I want to chat with a bot, and it just starts doing things for me or adding things to your messages, that's not real chat! And searching for bots became simply annoying. I understand that ads are important for promoting your app. But every third bot chat I want to open, an ad pops up. Of course there are ads that pop up every five minutes while chatting and it makes chat even more unbearable. But, it may sound rude. But I’ll try my best to continue enjoying this app, because other apps are even worse than c.ai had became. But I’m really disappointed. I hope you’ll fix it and I’ll love this app again. Thank you.
