Thank you for using our app and for writing a review! We are sorry to hear that our app does not work on your phone after the update. We have tested on many different devices, including the iPhone 7, however we tested using iOS 11.2.5 and we are not allowed to downgrade back to iOS 11.2.5 on our physical devices (Apple will no longer sign any version of iOS for the iPhone 7 except for 11.2.5) but we are still able to test extensively on iOS 11.2.2 using the simulator. Are you able to update to iOS 11.2.5 on your iPhone 7? Sometimes simply turning the phone completely off and then turning it back on again will solve many problems... not just with our app but with other apps, too. Also, if there is a problem with the settings you can delete the app and reinstall it as a last resort. We do not recommend doing that unless nothing else has worked because that will delete all of your saved settings. We should also mention that none of our devices have the "jailbreak" applied (we do not think you have a device with the "jailbreak" applied either but we say this because some of our other customers did and as a direct result they had problems that we could not recreate). Again we apologize for the trouble you are having. If you still are experiencing problems please write to us directly.
