Maybe once before it was good company but now it turned into complete scam company. Booked a “villa” in Phuket through this service. Price was 5k for three weeks and was charged fully from my bank card immediately after we finished our booking. In description “villa” was listed as quite and cozy place with good renovations and so on. There were plenty comments and reviews. The next day we arrived on time and what a surprise waited for us. First of all it was a condo more like apartment but not villa, second: there were no renovations, place was old and stinky. And cherry on that cake - there was construction going on right in front of the windows not saying that the place was right above the road with main traffic of the town. So we left immediately. I submitted complaint and manager of service promised to find new place to stay. But… no one helped… we were left outside on a street without money and place to stay. Great customer support!!! (That’s a sarcasm) so after few days of corresponding they submitted a refund. I lost 20 usd on change of dollar rate on that period and also 30 usd and taxi as we had to drive around looking for new place to stay. I asked them is it how you make money? By sending money back and force and keeping rate difference? The managers of service didn’t even say sorry. And guess what? Month of correspondence with them after which they said there were no violation from hostess’s side. I was in shock . I sent them pictures of the place immediately upon arrival that’s it definitely not “villa” and more like apartment. And now after month they say that everything is correct. So my friends: airbnb is a scam company where they simply don’t care about customer and just make money on you.
No one will help you if something go wrong

Service support is completely useless. We travelled through France and book apartments for 2 days. We left out luggage next to the door and even unpacked it cause we stayed for 2 nights only. So we just lived the France after 2 days of our booking and got notification that should pay 420 euros for some liquid we left on the wall. That was the place where we left our luggage actually and we didn’t notice it when we just arrived and didn’t do a photo of course. So the owner as far as we understand decided to make renovation at our expense as missed it. It looks like this is some new kind of earning. To say that we are very disappointed & this case ruined all our vacation, that’s to say nothing. I used this service for recommendations but my recommendation will be ‘if you use it you’ll stay face to face to your problem and no one will help you’. You should make photo of everything you see in booked appointments and this will be the aim of your vacation but not the photo of sightings. I will never use it again and will not recommend if you don’t like challenge & risks. This is not about the comfort it’s about headache only

I do not recommend anyone to use this service in the future. They used to work well, but now it has turned into a farce. I tried to book accommodation for my family using the proposed reservation option for several months, but the first host did not respond within 24 hours, and I was no longer able to make all other reservations, since the reason for refusal was sent to me suspicions that we We will organize unauthorized parties. This is insulting and humiliating, they demand incredibly large amounts of money for their services and at the same time allow themselves to treat clients with such disrespect. If you lack thrills in life, then you can rent an apartment using this service and don’t be surprised later that you will be left on the street without normal support and you will also be accused of not meeting the rules of the service! This is absurd! The client is now obliged to ask for a service.
