When I block a spammer, a window appears for entering data about him, but at the same time I cannot change the language, the language change key simply does not appear, this has been the case from the very beginning of use, starting from a few years ago.

This application works before but someday I run it to update spammers list and found that it does now logged in. When I try to log in again, it shows me stupid error message:“Something went wrong. An error has occurred. Please reach out to the Support team.” I cannot proceed further than entering my phone number.When I try to submit a ticket on the website, it goes nowhere. I received link to a ticket but I can’t see it as it asks me to log in. When I try to reset password on the website it shows me error message “ You are not authorised to access this portal. Kindly contact your helpdesk administrator.”. So, they do not allow to see my ticket and do not reply in support. Strange application which suddenly stops working and not possible to contact support on the website.
App hasn’t updated the spammers list in over a month.

Since last update the app doesn’t update the spammer list frequently. It hasn’t updated the list in over month and there is no way to force the app to check for updates. Am using a premium account.

Also, make sure you've enabled all five switches in the "Call blocking & Identification" tab.
