Opening the app everything I’ve got is a white screen!!!! App doesn’t work!!! I need to scan the document immediately and I cannot! Annoying!!!!

Purchasing an HP printer and enrolling in HP Instant Ink has been one of the worst consumer decisions I have made.After submitting a cancellation request for the Instant Ink subscription, charges have continued to be deducted from my card, while the ink cartridges were blocked by the printer and became unusable.I then purchased new original HP cartridges manually from your official website. However, the printer refuses to accept them as well. After spending an entire day trying to resolve the issue, the printer still does not recognize the cartridges.There is no doubt that the cartridges are genuine, as they were ordered directly from your official store.I would also like to “thank” HP for making it nearly impossible to easily reach a live customer service representative instead of being redirected to automated systems.Your customer service experience is extremely disappointing. Not only is the account system not user-friendly, but customers are also left alone to deal with technical and subscription issues without proper support.It is very frustrating to have spent money on a device that has effectively become unusable.
