Moreover you took payment for one year instead of one month. It was mistaken,I didn’t give any permission for this payment!!Please cancel the purchase, And send me back my money, please. I would like to note that no action has been taken regarding the refund for the mistakenly activated subscription, which I never used. The PicsArt support team kept assuring me that the issue would be resolved, but after more than a month, no refund has been made.I am very disappointed with this service. I even contacted Apple Support regarding the refund and received two rejections. However, I emphasize that the subscription was activated by mistake and the app was used.I also received an email from PicsArt, followed all the instructions, sent a photo of the payment receipt and my account email — but no one even paid attention to it.Later, PicsArt support told me to contact Apple Support again, although I had already explained that I had done so, and they had rejected my refund requests. PicsArt also mentioned that I could send them the payment receipt and that they would resolve the issue, since the purchase was made through PicsArt — but nothing was actually done.

There was a trial period, maybe 3 days or a week. After the trial period, the money should have been debited from my bank card, but I had a limit, so I couldn’t do it. After that, I canceled the subscription and hoped that there would be no extension. But it turned out that I still had to pay now for this application, which I didn’t plan to use after the trial period. It’s also my fault, that I probably should have canceled the subscription earlier, but why do you immediately make a subscription for a year, the most expensive right away, to take more money from people. Why not extend the subscription for a month… I’m shocked by everything.
