Dear Readdle,I want to thank you for the "weather in the calendar" feature. I had been planning to visit a swinger club with my friends for a long time on some Saturday night, but because I have outdoor activities on Sunday mornings, I kept postponing the party. While planning for another weekend, I noticed a little rain cloud in my calendar on Sunday morning… So I canceled my activity and finally made it to the long-awaited party. I woke up next day feeling completely satisfied, listening to the sound of the raindrops, and mentally thanking the developer of the "weather in the calendar" feature.

Your app deleted all birthdays on my main calendar!

App interface is not fully intuitive. On daily mode it has all of the future events on the left which is not comfortable. While I was looking where I can close it I accidentally deleted birthdays which happened to be on a “work calendar” because I wasn’t organizing calendar previously. But the min thing action can’t be undone and I’m left without all the important dates on my usual calendar in Apple which were in wrong category. I was going to turn it off but it deleted it. Your app shouldn’t be allowed to do such actions on main calendar without confirmation and notification that it will be removed completely! I’m very upset and shame on you!!!

Hi! I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. I just want to clarify that Calendars relies on syncing with your connected accounts and doesn’t store any data on its own. Moving forward, please launch your iOS native Calendar app or Google/Outlook Calendar web page and check if the events are there (depending on the account connected to Calendars). I would also suggest you re-login to the account connected to Calendars or toggle 'Display Local Calendars' Off and On again in the Local Calendars section. Also, launch your iOS Settings → Apps → iOS "Calendar" → Sync → make sure that the 'All Events' option is selected. In conclusion, please check that Calendars app has full access to the local calendar in iOS Settings app → Apps → Calendars → make sure to select "Full Access" option for Calendars.
