The service Avatars IV is nice the only thing that is useful on the platform for me but I can’t use it… on website and in the mobile I have different quota counters, there super hard to understand what goes wrong… and no support. After this post the support reached me out, we agreed about compensation, and the improvements required by the UI. Also personal data and my previous account agreed that being removed in a short term. Still can’t say that I satisfied with service level, but the models and video outputs is really good with Avatar IV.

If you’re a new user and you upload a source video with mistakes (wrong look, awkward emotions, or movements) and then delete it to try again, the system blocks you. I had to contact support just to get the ability to recreate my avatar because I hit some "deletion limit."Bottom line: $29 a month is the price of a AAA game or high-end professional software, but here you get a service that blocks you at every turn and demands more money for every little thing. This price is only justified if you are making a fortune using this tool. The developers are being way too greedy for such a buggy experience.P.S.
