Each can be turned on separately; all are off by default. - Open links from the chat list search: paste a t.me link, a tg:// link, or a short form such as "username/123" or "+invitecode", then tap "Open Link" to jump to the chat, message or invite. - Text Style Toolbar now offers a Persistent Bar below the input field, so you can style selected text with a single tap.
