THE HISTORY KEEPS ITSELF Photograph a fuel receipt or a garage invoice and the entry appears on its own: amount, date, mileage, station or garage, and line items. Up to six documents at once — jpg, png and pdf. Rather not take photos? Say it out loud: "filled up for 1,200, forty litres of 95 at OKKO." Only the text goes to the server, never your voice. ENTRIES YOU CAN TRUST If it isn't on the receipt, it won't be in the entry: no made-up zeros, no today's date. When something is hard to read, the app asks instead of guessing: "Is that 151,200 or 15,120?" An entry can be corrected for 48 hours, then it's fixed — which is exactly why the history counts for a buyer. START WITH THE PLATE Type the plate or point the camera at it: we'll try to fill in make, model, year, VIN and body type from Ukraine's vehicle register. You can also go by VIN or pick from a catalogue of 387 makes. No OBD adapter, no connection to the car. NEVER MISS A SERVICE OR AN INSURANCE RENEWAL Each job counts down by whichever comes first — kilometres or months. Engine oil, timing belt, brake fluid, battery: eleven jobs, and the ones that don't apply to an electric or a diesel simply disappear. "Suggest for my car" proposes intervals for your specific engine. Reminders arrive before it's too late. SEE WHAT THE CAR REALLY COSTS Cost per kilometre is a single number that answers "is it time to change this car?" Next to it: fuel, servicing and paperwork by month and by year, compared with the period before. Hryvnia, dollars, euros or złoty — at the rate on the day of the transaction. QUESTIONS ABOUT YOUR CAR — NO FORUMS, NO GUESSWORK The assistant answers with your own history in view: engine, mileage, overdue service jobs and up to 40 recent entries. Not "usually on cars like this", but what's going on with yours. Add photos to a question or dictate it. A CARED-FOR CAR FETCHES MORE — IF YOU CAN SHOW IT • Public link: no expiry, 30 days "while selling", or 24 hours "to show a mechanic". Photos, specs and jobs with dates and mileage are visible. Spending isn't. • Car transfer: the new owner gets the jobs, fill-ups, mileage, photos and service schedule. • A PDF with photos and an Excel spreadsheet with every entry. YOUR GARAGE • Several cars: the family car, the work car, the one you sold — with its history • Up to 10 photos per car and odometer reading history • Archive: the car leaves the garage, the history stays • Ukrainian and English, dark and light themes FREE IS PLENTY. PLUS REMOVES THE LIMITS Without a subscription: 2 cars with a log, 8 receipts and dictations read per month, 3 reminders per car, 200 MB for photos and documents, and one PDF and Excel export a month per car. Plus removes these limits and gives you 5 GB. A car over the limit doesn't disappear — it switches to view only. AutoCapy Plus is available monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($34.99); the price depends on your App Store country and is shown in the app before purchase. New subscribers get the first 7 days free; after the trial the subscription becomes paid unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the new period begins.
