Bought tickets several times through this app. Now have a problem with log in (definitely know the password). The button “forgot the password” doesn’t work both in mobile app and in the web version. Wrote to the support on the 1-st of July, now it’s 5-th and I still have no answer.

I used the Omio app for the second time — the first time I bought a bus ticket, and this time a train ticket. I received a 10% discount, which was great, thank you! However, during the purchase process it wasn’t clearly shown that luggage must be paid for separately. As a result, I had to pay a €40 fine on one train and another €25 on the next one, even though the train attendant told me it wouldn’t be necessary again.I understand that maybe I wasn’t fully attentive, but this information about luggage fees shouldn’t be hidden inside the “Edit ticket” section. It should be visible right when selecting the route, so users can see the full cost before paying. Please improve this so that other travelers don’t face the same issue.

Hello I bought ticket on February 13 from Berlin to Krakow. The train got broken in Berlin already. And we got paper that we have to sit to another train From Berlin to Poznan and then we have to switch to another train from Poznań to Krakow. In the paper that we got in Berlin wasn’t assign that we have some specific seats. But train conductor from the train Berlin to Poznan specified the train which we have to take in Poznan to move forward to Krakow. When we sit at this train we found out that there wasn’t any free seats. And we have to stay 5 hours at train from Poznan to Krakow. My question is how it possible. That I paid for the train from Berlin to Krakow but got 5 hours standing the train vestibule instead?

Horrible Service – Omio is a Scam!Omio sold me a bus ticket from Yerevan to Tbilisi, but when I arrived, the driver told me my booking didn’t exist. I was left stranded in a foreign country, completely alone, with no help and no alternative. My entire plan was ruined because of Omio’s incompetence.Their customer support is absolutely useless—I had to fight just to get a response after wasting hours of my time. In the end, they refused to take responsibility or refund my money, pushing me to deal with the bus company myself. What’s the point of using Omio if they don’t even guarantee their own tickets?!And here’s the worst part: after leaving this review, Omio keeps editing their response multiple times a day, spamming me with notifications—clearly trying to annoy me into deleting it. This is beyond unprofessional. Instead of fixing their broken system, they’d rather harass their own customers.Do yourself a favor—NEVER use Omio. They are unreliable, dishonest, and will leave you stranded with no help.
