Bad verification process and support

It’s the worst identity verification and customer support that I’ve encountered yet. After multiple times attempting to provide additional request requested documents, like bank statement, international passport and other legal document (both scan and photos) it keeps on refusing accepting them without clear explanation (I’m from Ukraine). And now I’m on 20 hour wait list. After reading requirements and trying to contact the support, they just make me to go through endless loops on their website without actually getting in touch with the real support. Their support email do not work at all. So I decided to simply close the account. Had no issues when was getting verified on the Binance. And why you are asking for the birthplace instead of place where I'm currently living?! And then not accepting documents from where I'm currently at. Nonsense. Please do something with your verification process and let people to contact your support whenever it keeps failing. It’s terrible.

I’m extremely disappointed with the current state of your support ecosystem. Despite following all provided troubleshooting guidelines, none of the materials address the core issue — the verification flow on your side is simply non-responsive.Your system remains stuck during document verification, yet your support team isn’t able to provide any actionable guidance or escalation path. The standard response that you are “scaling” does not help resolve a blocking issue, especially when I’m communicating in English and providing all required documents proactively.At this point, the overall support experience feels non-functional. The platform offers no transparent remediation steps, no live assistance, and no ability to complete account onboarding due to a technical fault on your end.This is a critical failure in user experience and operational readiness. Worse than expected.

So, I rarely leave bad reviews, but this one was beyond, I downloaded app when I was in Malaysia, So it automatically assigned me Malaysia as home country, I’ve spent 7 tries sending my documents back and forward and 3 times speaking to customer Support cause I needed Help, here is there last answer. And below is there answer once I tried to talk to them again....My Shopify business will definitely will not work with them)Thank you for contacting Coinbase.
