Service is working good, but to be honest, the traffic speed for Ukrainian servers (1 of 2 countries I use and I need to use, because of the apps, that I can use only in Ukraine) are quiet slow, for example Polish service works much better. Can you explain me why it work like this. I use VPN a lot, so if speed for Ukraine will be increased, I will fully admit, that it costs the money I paid.

When I first tried to purchase a monthly subscription, the app said that it was unable to proceed because I didn’t have enough money on my card, but the transaction was pending in my bank account and the subscription was shown as active in my Apple account, yet the app didn’t have any active subscription, which all messed up my Apple Pay and I would’ve had to wait for the whole month until the subscription gets renewed and I would be able to download anything from an App Store, due to “failed” payment method. I’ve decided to buy the subscription again, and I got charged for it twice, for the previous “failed” subscription and for the new one. I want my money back please, thank you.

Good service but need improvement

I like the speed and efficiency of the app. There is a problem with that I find it pretty annoying. The app keeps logging out my account once in two weeks and I have to configure it all the time. I don’t know if it’s special for iPhones but I really don’t like it. Because I don’t know whether I’m protected or not. Because the app says I’m connected to a server but it’s logged out at the same time. When I click the app I see that I’m not even logged in. Guys, please fix it.Update: despite everything I’ve done, it still keeps logging me out. I checked it on the internet and literally everyone is complaining about it.

No white list on Mac OS, SCAM DO NOT BUY

Made a mistake when decided to get 2y of subscription. Without exclusion functionality Logitech Flow and some other apps like Geforce Now are not usable on mac without disabling VPN or speed losses. Support told only to to wait until they're will make it (without ETA) And because I have noticed that on 43 day after logi support email, there is no refund after 30 days. No ability to remove CC details without removing the account 0/10Update: I already disabled it, I want a refund and remove all my personal data from your service, not just auto payment. Already got a Surfshark and blocked all payments from my CC just in case connected with Nord
