Annie Baby Monitor is free to download and provides users with free monitoring during the trial. Choose weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions. Annie Baby Monitor renews automatically; cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your subscription ends to avoid renewal. You can manage or turn off Annie Baby Monitor auto-renew from your iTunes Account Settings. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.

Doesn’t work with LTE

I bought an premium subscription just to discover that an app only works when both parent and baby units are connected to same wifi. Switching both to LTE results in the disconnect and inability to ever connect again.

It was a great app, the new version is much worse, as you can track baby only by sound in the room and lagging, with bad view angle, camera. If I put my phone some distance away, I won’t be able to detect if baby is awake as there is no ui for it, just a small text label changes instead of previous version, when I could see the status from any distance. Also it lacks so useful function as history of sleep and time period. All functions that made this app useful were removed, now it’s simple and useless.

We had no choice but to basically make a new app, as the old one was impossible to support. Most of the app is now based on much better technologies than before. Previous purchase of mobile and macOS app doesn’t work. New version UI is not friendly. Support wouldn’t reply via email. Uninstalled after using a previous version for almost 2 years.
