Account was banned without a real reason

I played in the Lionheart for a long time, but recently my account was banned without a real reason. It was explained as « you made too much HP damage in the battle », but if someone took a look at my acc, they would realized that nothing was hacked or smth. The game is full of cheaters and you probably don’t know how to solve this problem so you started to ban everyone who makes some progress without donations. So the game was deleted and I won’t recommend it to my friends. You just lost a player.

Pros: certain charm of animation and design. Cons: typical freemium paywall (mana used to play, timers, open chests to progress characters, gaps in power that you need to cover by grinding).-----UPD: draft dungeon is either misbehaving or BS. When I'm restarting it I'm facing the last level in my last run, not the 1st level again. OFC it eats up all my chars and OFC my rating is going down the drain.
