Laborers' Local 860 has served the Heavy Highway and Utilities Construction trades in Ohio’s Cuyahoga, Lake and Geauga counties since 1937. Today, Local 860 has more than 2,200 active members and 400 retirees, along with over 98 percent of the area's market share.
Local 860 is a chapter of the Laborers' International Union of North America, founded in 1903 and dedicated to protecting the wages, benefits, job site safety and employment opportunities of more than 800,000 working men and women nationwide.
