Since October 2023 it is twice as expensive
On October 10, 2023 they raised the price from $59 per year to $99 per year. Also, they removed access to second module for free. Poor marketing means poor client satisfaction, means less client, means less trust and respect. Solid move Simia dev and marketing team, you’re on a way to success.
Update: Your response is total nonsence of smart words that have no meaning.
If you want to listen to your customers - please do and contact yourself instead offering to send you any email to faceless support.
You’ve lost your trust, I will better learn Thai with free YouTube tutorials, than to support someone who don’t care of it’s customers journey.

First, the price for the Ling app has been $79.99 USD for quite some time, and isn't a recent change. Regardless, I'm sorry if this change caught you off guard. For our users that subscribed at a lower price, we'll continue to honor that price as long as they maintain their subscription continuously.
Regarding the issue you mentioned with the second unit being removed, we currently offer a 7-day trial so that users can access all units and determine whether Ling is a good fit for their needs.
Lastly, you mention that you had a poor experience when emailing us at support@ling-app.com. I'd like to apologize for this, and inform you that we take all user inquiries very seriously.
At this point, I'm sure that you're feeling frustrated regarding your experience with Ling, but I'd like to offer 90 days of access to our premium content so you can get a better idea of the value we offer to our customers.
