I love the app but
The app has stopped working for now, since I updated to IOS 14, it opens but it doesn’t show me any information anymore for some reason, and sometimes it says no internet connection even when I’m connected to the WiFi right next to me, can you please check that out ?

No way to log in
App always says that the captcha is invalid. But, there is no captcha to enter. Fabulously useless. Support is rude. They stop the conversation on their own. Support says “no problem exists” while the problem exists. Lifecell spams me with their unneeded SMS, but when I've topped up the balance with a bit less sum than it's needed for the tariff to be active, nobody said to me that I've put not enough money. I'm very angry about such a client service. Looking for a bit more client-oriented provider. Same advice to each of their current customers.

Invisible charges, beware
I was charged for an SMS that the phone allegedly sent on its own to Apple.
No signs of a charge in the application scout. In SMS section it says I was charged 0 hrn.
No such message on my phone. Lifecell says, it's not an sms, that's why I cannot see it neither on my phone, nor in the charger. But they still charge for it as a cross border SMS. When I ask to send me a report where I CAN SEE this charge, they say it is a paid service and I should go to the nearest shop for it. During COVID, with the application that has a Charges tab and should contain all charges from my account, I am supposed to go to the shop and pay to prove that they did not steal the money

Доброго дня. У випадку, якщо Ви використовуєте модель Apple iPhone, він може самостійно відправляти SMS-повідомлення на міжнародні сервісні номери додатків. Ці повідомлення надсилаються автоматично при включенні / реєстрації / перереєстрації в додатках (приклад програми для Apple i-message). Ви не бачите дані повідомлення в телефоні.
