AI assistant in the chat re-asks the things you already mentioned in the initial request not to connect you with the real person in the end. Either don’t use AI or learn it to be useful. Otherwise we only get frustrated by your service

Incognito ergo sum
Good app. It’s more serious of a bank than monobank, so you won’t find such minimalism here, in this app there are a lot more “extra” features and it’s understandable, that’s the way it should be, but still structure is better than in PrivatBank, it works smoother and the way everything is at its place is more comfortable. There is one disadvantage that doesn’t exist in old version of this app (I forget what it was but it’s the only reason I use old version sometimes still) but I saw that somebody wrote about in reviews here and Raiffeisen Team answered that they will fix it. I hope so. Overall, a great app. Monobank is a great minimalistic bank for those who don’t want to bother much while Raif Bank App should be a role model for other “serious” banks like Privat whose apps are not that good (some worse, some better). 4/5.

Unfortunately, this feature is currently not available in the new application, while it remains active in "OLD Raiffeisen". However, we are constantly working on updates and improvements. They say there is no such thing as perfection. But we stubbornly continue to update MyRaif. Now you can open currency deposits, top up your card from another bank, get personal cashback offers and discounts on OKKO fuel for Visa Fishka cardholders. And yes, we are sometimes surprised ourselves how all this fits into one update.
