Forgot your bike, miss the bus, flat tire? Find a nextbike near you with the nextbike app and start cycling right away - available at any hour and with just a few easy steps.
To hire a bike, simply select it, scan the QR code or enter the bike number - then off you go! You can return the bike at one of our stations or anywhere in the Flexzone. Our app provides you with everything you need at a glance. You can easily find the right return location with the map function or manage your customer account. You can also use the app to redeem vouchers, discover news, give feedback, or contact our customer service.
With your account, you can use nextbikes in over 300 locations throughout Europe including KVB-Rad in Cologne, WienMobil Rad in Vienna, Stadtrad Innsbruck, Styr & Ställ in Götheburg, nextbike Berlin, and many more. You can see whether your city is included using the map function in the app or find all the cities with a nextbike system on our website at www.nextbike.de.

The nextbike app is regularly updated by us. Our goal is to improve the app continuously and to provide you with an optimal user experience. In this update we have therefore made the following changes:

Ratings and Reviews
Good in general
Sometimes charges you by mistake, because their system not always detect your bike position properly.
Also renting bike procedure not so simple as with scooters, I don’t know why.
Everything else is good, you can even report bike maintenance issues by simply going through the wizard, without writing text manually, I like it.
Highly don’t recommend
If you don’t want to lose your money, choose another app. My history with this app was sad - I got paid 20 euro for a bike I got back on the parking station (but the app decided that I was not). I noticed this and asked to sent me back my money. They put it on the account, and subscription was automatically continued but I didn’t get any notification about this. So my money gone from my account and I even didn’t know about that🤯 I noticed it when 3d month of non-use of the app in winter time was paid from my card. When I came to support and said guys you didn’t send me back my money, it was in the account by your choice and I lost it and you can’t even put it back in account. They said “sorry”
So I paid 30 euro and hope you won’t have same trouble with this company who is absolutely “loyal” to its clients!
Worthwhile experience or how to get content if your motherland isn’t Netherlands
I’ve never thought renting a bicycle would be so convenient and relatively cheap. The whole city, in which bicycles reside, is dotted with the stations where comfortable vehicles are ready to be used by anybody. What really made a lasting impression on me was the security level and a gps-locator. Needless to say, you will be surprised how nextbike is carrying about every app user with deep concern. With inexpressible gratitude and admire in my legs ache, I am giving an enormous thank to the nextbike company!
