We have updated the proizd.ua application to make buying tickets even more convenient!
Improved the main screen, added answers to frequently asked questions and improved the Trains/Buses switch. Now you can quickly access your last search from the main screen.
Changed the look of the "My Account" section and added the "Help" section to the menu to make it easier to keep all tickets and trips at hand.

My problem was resolved by app support team
I had a problem with app when Purchased a ticket using Apple Pay. I paid twice by mistake. The support team responded me and the problem was resolved quickly! I received 100 refund for the ticket price.
For now I have no bad reviews)

Very convenient
Incredible app! Must have for all foreigners traveling to Ukraine by train. Fast, English-friendly, convient, well designed app for buying/returning tickets. What I like most is that there’s no need to go anywhere, you can easily buy a ticket online whenever you want to go. A literal life saver.
