Zero client service

One day revolut could diactivate your account and it would be a mystery for you why:
I used revolut for a year and everything was ok. One day, when I needed to add money to revolut, I surprisingly discovered that my account was locked for security review and there was a date when it was locked, which was about 5 days before I discovered.
I wrote to support, they told me not to worry, is it planned check. I recieved no meaningfull answer on the question - if it is planned review, why you did not notified me in advance.
Also they told me that they are working on review, but always said to wait exact number of business days. Also the real review started not when app says, but when I discovered blocked account. Once in a couple of days I asked about the status of review, they always refer to the exact date, which means that it is just a time lock. After the 7 business days that simply said we diactive you and won't tell you why. At least they allowed to withdraw the money. Forgot to mention that before this, revolut verified my source of income and it was fine.
Think twice before doing something with revolut, the worst service I ever seen

Worst service !

I was create my account after a many times I was trying to verificative my personality. System does not want to accept me. After a long conversations with support, finally the account was created. BUT - I does not work. The Revolut want to charge me 6,9 euro for cart delivery, so ok, no problem I will pay. But it was impossible to top up the balance on card ( I was trying with 3 different banks, all failed). I was trying to pay by Apple Pay - also failed. I was asking a help in support - but nobody know the reason why my cart does not work. So I deleted my account and start to create the new one. And guess what ?! During verification of my passport , system (or human, I don’t know) blocked my new account t and I got a mail that I am not able to use that service ! Hey, Revolut ! I have copies of all my conversations with operators from support, and there are no any reason to block me ! Why you blocked me ? You don’t want new customers.?! I am so angry , because I spent a lot of time trying to open your “so popular bank service” and for what ?!! To receive a mail that all is blocked ?!?Waiting for response.

worst bank ever! you can't even call it a bank. swindlers and rascals

once I decided to transfer money from my card to another country, so the transfer lasted 2 weeks, after which the money was returned back! dear readers! save your nerves and money! Do not deal with this horrible bank! this is just a nonentity in the world of finance! I have many credit cards from many countries, but this bank is ranked number one among the worst! inferior operators work who do not give clear answers, the management blocks objectionable ones if you do not agree with something or are not happy with something! beware, these are scammers in the financial sector! when we made a transfer to help affected people, the money never came, people died, I wrote a review on the speed of the translation, but they blocked me - instead of changing and improving the work! they do not tolerate criticism! which means they do not strive to please the client and improve in their work! that's horrible! I do not recommend these scammers

Most transfers are usually completed within the estimated timeframes that can be checked here: https://help.revolut.com/help/transfers/outbound-transfers/how-quickly-will-my-transfer-arrive/how-fast-is-my-transfer. However, in some rare cases, it's possible that some issues might arise between the moment of transaction and the moment the funds will be credited to your beneficiary's account. Unfortunately, there are some scenarios where the transfer might get reverted, which seems to have been yours.
