- Added USDA backed food library to expand food search results
- Food results now include micronutrient data
- Nutrition insights page now includes macro breakdown per day and per individual meal
- View micronutrient data per day and per individual meal
- Customizable Carbs, Protein & Fat targets
- Added ordered list of your consumed foods that provide each macro/micro nutrient
- Easy view macros and calorie count in each meal
- Added copy button for meals from other users posts
- Edit past created foods
- Suggested calories tool based on Harris Benedict Equation
Training
- Added ability to add exercise supersets
- Quick view stats during exercise logging: Last, Max, and Est 1RM
- 1RM calculator
- Historical Max, Total Volume, and Est 1RM historical charts per exercise
- Ability to mark set type: Warm up, AMRAP, Drop, Failure, Normal
- Create Exercise includes primary and secondary muscle selection
- Click to select muscle chart in create exercise
- Edit past created exercises
- Upload a 30 second video with your workout post
Fun stuff
- Added color picker for workout/meal post text
