So the story
23:00 must arrive bus- 0:10 bus is not on place, no call, no notifications from Sindbad company.
To be in time I bought new ticket in the other company and get . Was sure that this mistake of company will complete and they return my money. But when I explained this situation to the customer service-answer was “Hello. We maintained on our position, we checked the coach movement. The coach - No. S-80 was late and it was on the bus-stop from 0.17 until 0.21, therefore the agreement was concluded by our company.
We are sorry but we cannot change our position.”
Result- no bus, no money.
