Speechling is a non-profit language learning platform for helping anyone speak a new language. Get free daily pronunciation feedback from coaches. Available languages: Spanish, French, Chinese, German, Russian, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Japanese, and English. Want to sound native fast? Speechling skips the vocab lists and grammar rules. Get immersed with Speechling: pronunciation coaches, daily feedback, advanced algorithms, and mindblowing endless content. ---------- Speechling is a 501(c)3 educational nonprofit based in California, USA. We are committed to providing the highest quality free language education to anyone in the world. ---------- How it works: 1. Listen to a native speaker, of either gender, say a sentence. 2. Record yourself on the microphone. 3. Get feedback within 24 hours. 4. (Soon) Have others think you're native. ---------- The Speechling Method With a foundation in our mission, the Speechling Method uses a combination of technology and human coaching to help our students learn new languages. We place an emphasis on speaking, because of the lack of free and affordable tools for helping people speak. By breaking down spoken language barriers, we hope to increase access to education, employment opportunities, and a better quality of life. ---------- Immersion As a technology platform, we’re available as an educational tool 24/7. Speechling uses spaced repetition and sophisticated algorithms to let our users practice from thousands of sentences with real human voices from both genders. ---------- Personal Feedback As a personal tutoring service, our certified pronunciation coaches give feedback on your speaking within 24 hours. Advanced students can answer a question or describe an image, and we will give feedback similar to what a private tutor will provide.

Lots of new features, bug fixes, and performance upgrades. Two new languages supported: British English and Castilian Spanish. Better algorithms for personalized learning. Additional professional audio recordings were added to our comprehensive language learning curriculum. All of these updates are available for our 10 languages: Spanish, French, Chinese, German, Russian, Italian, Korean, Portuguese, Japanese, and English.
