1. App doesn’t have English language with a lot of foreigners in the city. 2. I placed a review after my order, which took 40 minutes and 12 lei for delivery distance of 500 meters and customer support called me to tell that they will delete a review because it’s not restaurant fault. Well, i didn’t say that its a restaurant fault, it’s a fault of Tazz. Absolutely rude approach calling and saying “ we will delete the review because its not our fault… “ Customer support didn’t even move a finger to try to resolve the issue, just blaming the customer 3. Navigation in the app is bad

Everything was good, until i meet one problematic order and decided to tap on Help button

The bot is broken, it’s isn’t responding even to messages that it propose to use, and when i finally got to connect to real agent, well nobody connected

So I don’t know where is my order and with whom i need to contact.
