They never give a refund!!!
I had a canceled flight and payed for the insurance if there will be a cancellation.
The total amount I doesn’t was about $550 with the insurance and extra baggage.
They said we can only give 1006 UAH, and even for that funny amount I need to pay 550 UAH!!!!!!!!
Never using them anymore; never recommend them.
