I saw a beautiful shoes that I would like to order. So I loaded your app and choose my country — Ukraine. Then service automatically translate it in… russian language. One more time. My country — Ukraine. The language of your app for Ukrainian customers — russian.

If you don’t know, dear YOOX-team, Ukraine have only one official language — it’s UKRAINIAN.

If you didn’t know, on 24 February 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine in a major escalation of the Russo-Ukrainian War, which began in 2014. Today all Ukrainians and main part of civilization world are supporting Ukrainian soldiers and praying for our victory. Today every Ukrainians fights for the freedom and protect all Ukrainian — even the right to use apps in our language, as you see.

And if you want, your team also can support Ukraine and Ukrainian customers. So, if your app doesn’t have Ukrainian version, PLEASE, use English or any international language. Please add a button, where users could choose another language. But don’t force Ukrainians to use your app in the language of the aggressor.

Payment system is not working

I paid for my order, my card has been changed, but later the order was cancelled. I contacted support - they said the problem is with my card. I tried 3 times with different cards and PayPal - no luck, but customer service says the problem is on my side.
