I also don’t know if I am the only one but I can’t get this app to work . When I register with my bank details and id details they say I already have an account with them so I tried signing in and it went through that stage leading me to calling customer care center . I called like 10 times they tell me someone is going to call me using WhatsApp non called. later someone calls me from equity only to tell me my app or account with my mobile banking app cannot be seen in their system . How is that my fault ? I need to use the app please ? Always using 24/7 it’s whole long process .

Unclear information
This app is totally a scam it say you can block and unblock your account temporarily anytime you want but once you block and try to unblock it they tell you to contact they agent and once you do they tell you to buy another card , which is totally unfair and stupidity to me . We customer ain’t responsible for mistakes for company ‘s technology . And working of this app worse.

Can’t register got my card in Uganda but now am in kenya
I don’t know if it’s only me but how come I can’t register my account on the app yet I have an account. It keeps showing error yet my details are correct.
