This app lets me open the mail messages that I saved to iCloud folders. I needed an app for iOS and this does it fine.Suggestion: In a future rev of the app, please add a file navigator. I like the file import screen, but I'd rather be able to navigate my folder hierarchy and open the files in place without making a copy in the EML Viewer app.
