Vianavigo is evolving and becoming Île-de-France Mobilités to better support you on a daily basis: train, RER, metro, tram, bus, car, bicycle, Vélib', carpooling, carsharing... Find the essential tools and information for organizing your travel in Île-de-France. Together, let's travel with ease.

Avoid queues at the station: recharge your Navigo pass from your phone!
- Recharge your Navigo pass by simply placing it on the back of your iPhone
- On vibration, your pass is detected and ready to be recharged
- You also have the option of paying for your tickets with Apple Pay

This service is compatible from an iPhone 7, with at least version iOS 13. iPhones XR and XS are compatible from iOS 14.5.

You can prepare and plan your trips:
- Find bus stops, train stations and metro stations near you
- Search in real time for your routes by public transport, carpooling and cycling
- Save your upcoming journeys on your phone's calendar
- Consult the next passages of your lines in real time and all the timetables
- View maps of public transport networks (accessible even offline)
- Follow the pedestrian route for the walking sections
- Buy a daily Vélib' pass and collect it with your Navigo pass

Be the first informed and anticipate disruptions:
- Consult the Twitter feed of your lines to know the traffic info in real time
- Be alerted in the event of disruptions on your favorite lines and routes
- Stay informed about the status of the elevators in the stations used

Personalize your trips:
- Save your destinations (work, home, gym, etc.), stations and stations as favorites
- Customize your profile (fast walker, with difficulty, reduced mobility, etc.)

Perfect and Indispensable

If you're going to the Paris area and plan to use public transit and trains, get this app! It's interface is beautiful and intuitive, and its English is perfectly clear and understandable.

This does the work of several other apps combined, and includes a wide variety of transit choices throughout the Paris area. It offers multiple routing options, when available, and displays detailed maps of any required walking.

I'm happier with this app's appearance and functionality than any other transit app I've found for use at home or while traveling. Just excellent!

Faring options need to be integrated

The app needs to tell users where to buy tickets. For example, if they may or load onto navigo or purchase paper tickets that should be indicated, preferebly even showing station maps where macchines or ticket counters are located. And if navigo load is possible, app should direct through order flow to allow purchase through NFC on mobile phone. This app is a start but there's so much more than needs to be done to allow more frictionless travel in île de France.

Easy to use.

Great app. Very easy to use. Love that it picks up on my device language and there are translations for 90% of the content. Giving 4 stars because the app launches the website quite a bit, and the mobile site lacks the language detection functionality.

Looking forward to a seamless CX in future releases.
