I would give it 0 stars if I could. I wanted to get food from a restaurant but couldn’t drive to it, so I decided to use this app. I asked my friends if they had ever used it, and 4 of them did. They told me it was horrible and had bad service. I decided I would see for myself. All was going well and it told me there were 2 minutes until I should pick it up, so I went and waited. I stood in the cold for 20 minutes as they told me it was delayed 25 minutes. I then waited 25 minutes and they said 30. When the man came with my food he did not have change for me and so I gave up 1000 rubles. If you are thinking about using this app, don’t it is a waste of time and money.

Delivery club has more than one bad situation with me they always blame the customer. I made an order and waited for it then got a message that my order is delivered no called no one messaged i didnt even leave my room to go get the order and when i tried to make a complain the employees are tossing me from one person to the other. Honestly i’ve only had bad experiences with delivery club and im never using this service again

Every click on some product giving error to try again , until its loading anything, then when i want to pay i get the same issue, you just destroyed your app, moved to kuper because of it. And by the way i tried without vpn, same issue
